Anna Silk is a Fredericton resident, and is the daughter of Peter Silk, who was an academic. The mother of her, Ilkay Silk, had numerous abilities, which included the ability to direct, act and produce plays, as well as write them as well as teach and serve as Director of Drama for St. Thomas University. Anna Silk's father was British, as is her mother was an Turkish Cypriot English expat. Anna Silk remembers her mother watching work at play rehearsals. Anna appeared in numerous commercials as a kid. Anna moved to Toronto in the fall of 1999 to pursue her acting talents. Then, she settled to Los Angeles (California) over the next decade. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, during an actor's training. They were engaged by 2009 after getting married. Anna has just recently converted to Judaism and they got married in Fredericton. Bo's similar-sex romance and Lauren (played by Zoie Palmer) was noted on CNN's list of the top most viewed Television Couples and named the Top Television Couple of the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Anna's social media following grew due to the popularity of her television show.
